Shipping Policy - the basics

1. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship across India and selected international locations.

  • International delivery availability and costs will be shown at checkout.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

3. Delivery Timelines

  • Domestic Orders (India): 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

  • International Orders: 7–15 business days, subject to customs clearance and courier timelines.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and courier service.

  • From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions.

5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email/SMS to monitor your delivery.

  • Please allow 24 hours for the tracking link to update.

6. Failed Deliveries / Wrong Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct before checkout.

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, reshipping costs will be borne by the customer.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your package arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos.

  • We will investigate and arrange for a replacement or refund as per our Returns & Refund Policy.

8. International Duties & Taxes

  • For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and local delivery charges (if any) are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
