Terms & Conditions - the basics

1. Orders & Payment
Orders are confirmed once payment is received. We accept payments through third-party gateways; Nair’s Spice Co. does not store card numbers.

2. Shipping & Delivery
We ship across India and select international locations. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier or customs delays. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the shipment is returned due to our error.

3. Returns, Damages & Refunds

  • Food items are perishable. Returns are accepted only for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect on delivery. Please report such issues within 48 hours of receipt with photos/videos and the order number. -+1

  • Opened or partially used products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Spice Drop India

  • If we approve a return, you may choose a replacement or full refund. Refunds to the original payment method are processed within 7–10 business days after approval. dsspices.co.in

  • If return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item), we cover return shipping. If return is due to customer reasons (wrong address, change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping and any shipping fees may be deducted from the refund. Indian Traditional Spices

4. Allergies & Storage
Please read product labels carefully. We are not liable for allergic reactions. Store spices in a cool, dry place to preserve freshness.

5. Limitation of Liability
Nair’s Spice Co. is not responsible for misuse, improper storage, or third-party delivery delays. Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.

6. Intellectual Property
All content on this site is our property and may not be reused without permission.

7. Governing Law & Disputes
These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes will be subject to the courts in Maharashtra, India.
