Refund Policy - the basics

At Nair’s Spice Co., we take pride in delivering 100% natural, premium-quality spices. Since our products are perishable food items, we follow a strict but fair returns and refund policy.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted only in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

  • Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery, with clear photo/video proof of the issue.

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or partially used spice packs.

  • Products damaged due to improper storage or handling after delivery.

  • Items purchased during special clearance sales or promotional offers.

3. Refund Process

  • Once your request is reviewed and approved, a refund will be initiated to your original payment method.

  • Refunds may take 7–10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank/payment provider.

4. Replacements

  • In eligible cases, we may offer a free replacement shipment instead of a refund.

  • Replacements are subject to product availability.

5. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase if not yet processed for dispatch.

  • Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
