At Nair’s Spice Co., we take pride in delivering 100% natural, premium-quality spices. Since our products are perishable food items, we follow a strict but fair returns and refund policy.
1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery, with clear photo/video proof of the issue.

Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items

Opened or partially used spice packs.

Products damaged due to improper storage or handling after delivery.

Items purchased during special clearance sales or promotional offers.
3. Refund Process

Once your request is reviewed and approved, a refund will be initiated to your original payment method.

Refunds may take 7–10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank/payment provider.
4. Replacements

In eligible cases, we may offer a free replacement shipment instead of a refund.

Replacements are subject to product availability.
5. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase if not yet processed for dispatch.
